Directions

1. Whisk garlic, lime juice, mayonnaise, salt and black pepper in a large bowl; fold in cabbage, pineapple, mango, onion, bell pepper and cilantro. Makes 1 1/4 cups slaw.

2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add seitan and seasoning; cook 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Transfer seitan to cutting board; chop. Makes about 2 cups seitan.

3. Serve seitan in tortillas topped with slaw along with hot sauce, if desired. Makes 8 tacos.
