Directions

1. Line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Mash banana in a medium bowl with a fork; stir in cheese and almonds. Fill dates with banana mixture; place on prepared pan.

2. Heat dark chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl in a microwave oven on high 1 minute or until melted, stirring every 20 seconds; stir in 1/2 tablespoon oil. Drizzle each date with about 1 teaspoon melted chocolate, making sure to cover any exposed filling; sprinkle with cinnamon. Reheat melted chocolate mixture as necessary if it begins to harden. Freeze dates 10 minutes or until completely hardened.

3. Heat white chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl in a microwave oven on high 1 minute or until melted, stirring every 20 seconds; stir in remaining 1 teaspoon oil and cool slightly. Transfer melted white chocolate to a small zip-top plastic bag; snip bottom corner of bag with kitchen scissors. Pipe white chocolate onto dates to create football stitches. Makes 24 footballs.
