Cold Pineapple-Shrimp Noodle Jars with Peanut Chili Crunch

Directions
1. Prepare noodles as label directs; transfer to a bowl of ice water. Drain noodles once cooled. Makes about 4 cups noodles.
2. Whisk chili garlic sauce, vinegar, soy sauce and oil in a large bowl. Makes about 6 tablespoons dressing.
3. Stir peanuts, chili crisp and sesame seeds in a small bowl. Makes about 1/4 cup peanut mixture.
4. Layer 1 1/2 tablespoons dressing, 1/4 of the shrimp, 2 tablespoons basil, 1/2 cup pineapple, 2 tablespoons onion, 1 tablespoon peanut mixture, 1 cup noodles and 1/4 cup cucumber into each jar. Makes 4 jars.

1/2 cup chopped Thai basil or Italian basil

1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
