Directions

Preheat a 3-quart air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes. Gently toss banana, salt and pepper in a large bowl; transfer to a work surface and spray both sides with nonstick cooking spray. In 2 batches, air fry bananas 8 minutes or until crisp and golden brown, shaking halfway through cooking. Makes about 1 cup fries.
