Winter is simply wonderful! While you wrap yourselves in cosy scarves and warm jackets, your skin needs an extra portion of love and care. But why not pay attention to the environment at the same time? We reveal how you can make your winter beauty routine sustainable and make your skin and hair glow. Winter feel-good time with an environmental bonus – we love it!

Tip 1: Eco-Brands as Beauty Companions
If you fancy a more sustainable beauty routine, you should look at eco-friendly brands for your winter beauty routine. More and more companies are paying attention to sus-tainable production methods and packaging. Your research into eco-brands will help you choose the perfect skincare product. This way, you can make a positive contribution to the environment.

Tip 2: Vegan Ingredients – Animal Love for the Skin
Vegan beauty products are not only good for the animals, but also for your skin. Plant-based ingredients provide your skin with natural nutrients without resorting to animal products. Which plant-based ingredients are used? These can be extracts from fruits, flowers, seeds, oils, or other plant components, for example. You will not find ingredients such as beeswax, collagen, or lanolin.

Tip 3: DIY Winter Masks – Creativity Meets Care
Winter can pose quite a challenge for our skin. So how about homemade winter masks? With ingredients from the kitchen, you can conjure up a nourishing mask for your beauty routine in no time at all. Honey, avocado, yoghurt - there are no limits to your creativity! Love it fruity? How about an orange peel sugar scrub, a banana peel brightening mask or a lemon peel face spray?

Tip 4: Natural Oils – Good for the Skin and the Environment
Instead of relying on chemical ingredients, try natural oils. Coconut oil, almond oil or jojoba oil are not only rich in moisturising substances but are also kind to the environment. Natural oils fit into your winter beauty routine because they are moisturising, rich in nutrients, have an antioxidant effect and soothe your skin. Give them a try!

Tip 5: Reusable Beauty Tools
Reduce your ecological footprint by buying reusable beauty tools. From bamboo tooth-brushes to refillable beauty pads – small changes that make a big difference. Not to for-get: Less is more! Use products that are versatile and avoid overconsumption.
