Cauliflower, broccoli and pineapple salad

You don’t always need the saucepan to put together a healthy snack. So what delicious meal can be conjured up using these popular members of the cabbage family? Quite simply – a quick salad that tastes wonderfully aromatic and fresh thanks to the addition of pineapple and spinach. The secret ingredient is the sophisticated sesame and ginger dressing!
Directions
Place all the salad ingredients in a salad bowl or divide them up into small individual bowls to serve.To make the dressing, simply mix the ingredients together and pour over the cauliflower, broccoli and pineapple salad.To add a crunchy finish, sprinkle the black sesame seeds on top.
