Blended, not shaken. Even secret agents will not be able to resist this delicious pink grapefruit mocktail. Nor do they have to, as this fruity and tart drink is completely non-alcoholic. It is also ready to serve in record time – perfect for that little break between missions.
Directions
Cut the 3 grapefruit in half, peel one grapefruit half and cut off two slices. Lay the grapefruit slices on the film, place in the freezer and freeze.
Squeeze the juice from the remaining grapefruit halves (approx. 250 ml) and with the syrup boil down to approx. 150 ml; allow to cool.
Purée the pear juice and 3 ice cubes in the blender until smooth and place in the freezer compartment. Divide the remaining ice cubes between 2 glasses. Pour in the pear juice and add the grapefruit syrup slowly. Fill up with mineral water, make an incision in the frozen grapefruit slices and stick them on the edge of the glasses.
