Directions
1. Line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Place dragon fruits and banana on prepared pan; freeze 5 hours or up to overnight.
2. Purée milk, sugar, lavender, dragon fruits and banana in a blender on high until smooth. Makes about 4 cups.
3. Divide dragon fruit mixture into 4 small bowls; garnish with dragon fruit slices, if desired.
Tips & Tricks
Freeze dragon fruit mixture, uncovered, 1 hour and pipe into bowls using a piping bag fitted with a star tip for the classic DOLE® Whip look.
