Grilling Banana BBQ Sauce

Directions
- Heat sesame oil in saucepan over medium-high heat and sauté the green onions. Add the bananas and garlic, continue cooking until bananas soften, about 3 minutes. Add chicken broth, honey, tomato puree, ginger, allspice and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 7 days. Delicious served with grilled fish, chicken or vegetables.

- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
