Directions
1. Mash bananas with a fork in a large bowl; stir in lime juice, cilantro, mint, ginger and pepper; transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
2. Serve dip with pineapple spears and/or cinnamon tortilla chips, if desired.

Chef Tip
To make cinnamon tortilla chips, stack 8 (6-inch) flour tortillas; cut stack into 6 wedges. Place tortilla wedges in a single layer on 2 rimmed baking pans; spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until crisp, turning once.
