This easy Caesar draws some inspiration from another classic salad, the Niçoise. Start with our DOLE® Light Caesar Salad Kit and add a can of tuna, some chopped tomato, onions, briny capers, hard-boiled egg wedges and some chopped fresh dill. If you really want to take the French theme a bit further, you can also add some tender-crisp steamed green beans. For the ultimate Mediterranean experience use a really good canned tuna packed in olive oil.
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in salad kit except Caesar Dressing in large bowl.
- Add tuna, tomatoes, onion, capers and dill. Toss with dressing. Top with hard-boiled egg.

- 2 Roma tomatoes coarsely chopped
