Directions
- Prepare noodles as label directs; drain and transfer to large bowl.
- Whisk soy sauce, vinegar, oil, honey and salt in a small bowl. Add half the soy sauce mixture to hot noodles and toss. Cool noodle mixture completely.
- Add corn, carrot, pepper, broccoli, peas, oranges and/or nuts, if desired, and remaining half of the soy sauce mixture to the noodles and toss. Makes about 8 cups.
- Serve salad sprinkled with onions.
