Directions

  1. Peel the bananas and chop them roughly. Wash the orange in hot water, rub it dry, finely grate the zest. Then peel and segment the orange. Wash and halve the grapes. Freeze the bananas, orange segments and grapes for at least four hours.
  2. Peel the ginger and grate it finely. Place the ginger, frozen fruit, almond milk and matcha powder in the blender and purée (add the almond milk slowly, you may need more than the amount specified in the recipe). Pour the nice cream into a mould, sprinkle orange zest on top and place in the freezer for another two hours.
