So matcha better! An ice-cold pleasure in summer that is actually healthy: the proof is in this sweet combination of bananas, orange, grapes, ginger and almond milk. The secret to our cool banana matcha nice cream is definitely the matcha powder. You have to try it!
Directions
- Peel the bananas and chop them roughly. Wash the orange in hot water, rub it dry, finely grate the zest. Then peel and segment the orange. Wash and halve the grapes. Freeze the bananas, orange segments and grapes for at least four hours.
- Peel the ginger and grate it finely. Place the ginger, frozen fruit, almond milk and matcha powder in the blender and purée (add the almond milk slowly, you may need more than the amount specified in the recipe). Pour the nice cream into a mould, sprinkle orange zest on top and place in the freezer for another two hours.
