Yoghurt frozen ice cold! These small, colourful bites are called coconut yoghurt bites and they taste like fruity ice cream confectionery. Perfect for hot days or when you simply fancy a vitamin-rich, sweet snack. The highlight: a crunchy grape is hidden in the middle, coated in colourful yoghurt. Take this ingenious snack out of the freezer at any time to refresh yourself with a bite.

Preparation

For the fruit yoghurt: Chop the peeled pineapple, wash the raspberries and blueberries, peel the mango and dice the flesh. Mix each type of fruit with 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup and puree finely with 100 g coconut yoghurt. Rinse the grapes.

Half fill the moulds of a silicone ice cube maker with one type of fruit. Then insert the grapes and top up with another type of fruit yoghurt. Finally, sprinkle with grated coconut and leave to freeze for approx. 4 hours.

Then press the cubes out of the moulds and cover with melted dark chocolate in strings.
