Directions

  1. Peel the banana, chop into small pieces, and purée it with the raspberries in a measuring cup or a bowl using a handheld blender.
  2. Spread a 5-mm layer of the purée onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and dry in the oven at 50 to 60°C for about five hours.
  3. Using a clean scissors, cut the baking paper into strips, remove the paper and roll up the gummy snakes.

Tips & Tricks

Mangos, apples or a combination of bananas and strawberries also add a delicious flavour to your fruit leather. If you like a crunchier taste, simply add some finely chopped nuts, flaxseeds or chia seeds to the fruit purée before drying.
