Lunchbox with berries and whole grains

This is real brain food that makes for a healthy and uncomplicated lunchbox.The following suggestions will complement your lunch of berries and whole grains. For the sandwiches: Simply cut 1 or 2 slices of whole grain bread into star shapes, and top with cottage cheese, vegetables (e.g. slices of grilled courgette or carrot) and some cress.

Chop up all the ingredients and mix together until lumps begin to form. Roll the mixture into small balls.
