When it comes to avocados, guacamole is usually the first thing that comes to mind. But there’s a lot more to avocados! Prepared as a sweet mousse with bananas and cocoa powder, it is a real treat for the taste buds – beautifully creamy and chocolaty.
Directions
Halve the avocados, remove the stone and scrape out the flesh. Peel the bananas and place them and the avocado in a tall container. Add the cocoa powder and blend everything together well. Add some agave syrup to taste as needed and divide the mixture between a few small glasses. Leave to stand for at least one hour in the fridge and enjoy straight away.
