Directions

  1. Mix 100 ml of almond milk and 200 g of soya yoghurt with the grapefruit juice, 200 g of raspberries and honey until smooth. Mix the remainder of the almond milk and yoghurt with the chlorella.
  2. Pour the green smoothie mixture into glasses. Then place a spoon over the green mixture and carefully pour the red mixture over the spoon to form two separate layers.
  3. Serve with the puffed quinoa and the rest of the raspberries.
