Feel like a sweet but healthy packed lunch? Whether it’s at school, in the office or as a light snack during the day, our Feel Good Sandwich always hits the spot and is always tasty! This deliciously light, feel good snack needs just a few ingredients and is made in two quick steps.
Directions
- Spread the cottage cheese on the whole grain bread.
- Cut the pineapple slices into small pieces and place the pieces of fruit on the bread.
Tips & Tricks
A few cashew nuts on top will also spice up this healthy lunch. Depending on your mood and taste, you can of course also add blueberries, raspberries, strawberries or other fresh fruit to your Feel Good Sandwich. So yummy!
