Directions

1. Purée bananas, milk, 1/4 cup plus 1/2 tablespoon sugar, cornstarch, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract and cinnamon in a blender on high until smooth. Transfer banana mixture to a medium saucepot; cook over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until thickened, whisking constantly. Cool banana mixture to room temperature. Makes about 5 cups pudding.

2. Toss blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and remaining sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract in a large bowl; let stand 10 minutes. Makes about 5 cups berry mixture.

3. Beat cheese in a large bowl with a mixer on medium speed 2 minutes or until fluffy; fold in whipped topping. Makes about 2 2/3 cups cheese mixture.

4. Place 12 ladyfingers in a single layer in an 8 x 11-inch baking dish, cutting to fit if necessary; top with 2 1/2 cups each pudding and berry mixture, and 1 1/3 cups cheese mixture. Repeat layers once; cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or up to overnight.

5. Cut tiramisu into 16 pieces; serve garnished with banana slices, raspberries and vanilla cookies, if desired.
