Directions

1. Purée garlic, avocado, cottage cheese and basil in a blender on high until smooth. Makes about 2 cups cheese mixture.

2. Whisk sauce, honey and tamari in a large bowl; fold in cucumber, mango, pepper, onion and pineapple. Makes about 4 cups mango mixture.

3. Spread cheese mixture on a large serving platter; top with mango mixture and garnish with basil, if desired.
