What is Hyrox?

Hyrox is a new sport that is currently conquering gyms, sports halls and event arenas. It combines endurance, strength and mental power with a clear competitive character.

The concept: Participants complete a course of eight running units of 1 kilometer each, interrupted by strength exercises such as rowing, weight sled pulls, burpee long jumps or wall balls.

Hyrox was originally created in Germany and has developed into an international phenomenon in just a few years. Today, there are already events throughout Europe, North America and Asia - and the community continues to grow.

Why does Hyrox fascinate so many people?

  • Target group: Hyrox appeals to a broad target group. The training is not only suitable for competitive athletes, but also for amateur athletes who are up for a challenge.
  • Whole body training: The combination of running and functional exercises provides intensive training for both endurance and strength.
  • Measurable progress: The competitions are clearly structured. Every time is measurable, every result can be compared - even across different competitions. This makes the sport particularly appealing for ambitious people.
  • Sense of community: Many start as a team or train together, which provides additional motivation. At the same time, Hyrox offers fairness and transparency thanks to its clear standards - regardless of whether you are a beginner or a professional.
  • Motivation through events: The great event atmosphere with music, moderation and an audience provides a unique boost of energy.
  • Variety in training: Hyrox workouts can be flexibly integrated into your own training and keep motivation high.

Hyrox fits perfectly with a modern, conscious lifestyle

Exercise as a balance to everyday working life, clear goals, an active community and, above all, fun in your own development.

However, a healthy lifestyle doesn't just mean training, but also the right diet, among other things. Sufficient fruit, vegetables and fresh food, for example, are a good basis for energizing body and mind. If you want to stay fit and healthy, you should not only exercise, but also make sure you eat a balanced diet rich in vitamins.
