The simple things are sometimes the best ones. This also applies to healthy snacks, as many uncomplicated classics from our childhood often still appeal to the whole family. Our fruity banana and apple sandwich interprets the sandwich in a completely new way and creates an unbeatable, delicious combination of a few ingenious ingredients to snack on in between meals. Keep it simple and let’s get going!
Directions
- Peel the apple and banana, core the apple and cut both into slices. Fry them briefly in a pan.
- Spread the cottage cheese and some honey on both slices of wholegrain bread and place the sliced fruit on one of the slices.
- Arrange the blueberries and mint on the bread.
- To finish, place the second slice of bread on top and cut the finished banana and apple sandwich in half to make it easier to eat.
Made in a jiffy and ready for the lunch box. Take a bite and enjoy!
