Directions

  1. Peel the apple and banana, core the apple and cut both into slices. Fry them briefly in a pan.
  2. Spread the cottage cheese and some honey on both slices of wholegrain bread and place the sliced fruit on one of the slices.
  3. Arrange the blueberries and mint on the bread.
  4. To finish, place the second slice of bread on top and cut the finished banana and apple sandwich in half to make it easier to eat.

 

Made in a jiffy and ready for the lunch box. Take a bite and enjoy!
