Break please! Might you urgently need some energy between meals? No problem! Energy balls are the perfect snack to provide you with energy in between times. They also keep you full for a relatively long time. Our variant with banana and peanuts is quick and easy for you to make at home.
Directions
Cut the figs into small pieces with a knife and mash the bananas to a pulp with a fork. Then mix all of the ingredients together, except the chocolate, and allow to stand for 20 minutes.
Then use the mixture to form 15–18 balls of the same size and place them in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Break the chocolate into pieces, put these into a bowl and melt the chocolate over a bowl of hot water. Place the energy balls on baking paper and coat them evenly with the chocolate.
Tips & Tricks
