Limes are simply great! They are full of vitamin C, are very juicy and taste less bitter than their cousin, the lemon. That makes them the perfect summer companion, preferably as ice. How about in combination with raspberries and basil? That’s not only a brilliant composition in terms of taste but it also looks very impressive.
Directions
1. Finely blend the lime juice, ice cubes, rice syrup, lime zest and 2/3 of the chopped basil leaves in a mixer and pass through a sieve.
2. Pour the mixture along with the rest of the basil and raspberries into the popsicle moulds and freeze in the freezer compartment for at least 5 hours.
