Directions

  1. Peel the pineapple, remove the core and cut the pineapple into three large, evenly sized rings.
  2. Toast the sesame seeds in a non-stick frying pan until they are light brown and let them cool on a shallow plate.
  3. Coat the pineapple rings on both sides with honey and dip them in the sesame seeds.
