Directions

  1. Place the rolled oats, nut milk and maple syrup in a saucepan and slowly bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat and continue to simmer gently for another 5 minutes.
  2. While the porridge is cooking, peel the bananas and cut them into slices roughly the thickness of your finger. Heat the olive oil in a pan, fry the bananas over a medium to high heat until both sides are golden brown.
  3. Mix the turmeric into the porridge and divide between the bowls. Arrange the fried bananas, raspberries and blackberries on top, garnish with coconut flakes and mint.
