Banana Citrus Date Bars

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
- Puree extra-ripe banana in blender or food processor container (3/4 cup).
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and nutmeg in medium bowl.
- Beat sugar and margarine in large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and lemon peel. Beat in flour mixture alternately with pureed banana. Stir in almonds, dates and chopped banana.
- Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes or until skewer inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar. Cut into bars.
