They’re naturally sweetened, packed with protein and fiber, and come together in just a few minutes — ideal for a quick breakfast bite or post-workout snack.
Instructions:
1. Mix ingredients:
Mash the banana in a medium mixing bowl until smooth. Add nut butter, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt, and stir until well combined. Stir in oats and flaxseed, mixing until the mixture holds together. If too wet, add a few more oats; if too dry, add a small scoop more nut butter.
2. Roll and chill:
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined plate or tray. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.

● 1 medium ripe banana, mashed (about ½ cup)
● ½ cup nut butter
● 1 ½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats
● 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
● 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
● 1 tsp vanilla extract
● ¼ tsp cinnamon
● Pinch of salt
● Optional: Add 1 scoop of protein powder
