Directions
- Slice off ends of oranges; place cut sides down on a cutting board, slice down sides of oranges to remove skin and white pith with a paring knife. Gently cut along sides of orange membranes to release each segment.
 - Purée orange segments, strawberries, milk, cashews, syrup and flaxseeds in a blender on high until smooth. Makes about 5 cups.

Peel and freeze strawberries to have on hand for using in this recipe as well as other smoothies and baking.
