Press cucumber, apple, pineapple, baby spinach, mint and lime through juicer. If you don’t have a juicer simply combine all ingredients in an emulsifier blender with 1/2-cup water or your favorite juice. Cover; blend until smooth.
- Divide between two glasses and serve.
