Directions
1. Purée pineapple, passionfruit nectar, blueberries and 2 cups tap water in a blender on high until smooth; transfer to a large pitcher and stir in chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until chilled and chia seeds are softened. Makes about 6 cups pineapple mixture.
2. Fill 6 (16-ounce) glasses halfway with ice. Pour pineapple mixture into glasses; top each with 1/4 cup sparkling water and garnish with pineapple wedges, if desired.
