Directions

1. Stir mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, sriracha and seasoning in a small bowl. Makes about 1/4 cup remoulade.

2. Toss apple, cabbage, mango, red onion, green onion, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Makes about 2 cups slaw.

3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausages; cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally. Transfer sausages to a paper towel-lined plate. Makes about 2 cups sausage.

4. Fill rolls with sausage and slaw; drizzle with remoulade and cut crosswise in half. Makes 4 Po' Boys.
