Directions
- Mash avocado, lemon juice, yogurt, honey, salt and black pepper with a fork in a medium bowl; fold in onions, chicken, pineapple and bell pepper. Makes about 2 2/3 cups.
 - Serve salad in lettuce leaves (2 leaves per salad cup) sprinkled with cashews.
