Directions

1. Scoop out about 1 tablespoon from the center of each kiwi half with a small spoon and reserve, making sure bottom and sides of kiwi halves are intact.

2. Purée banana, peanut butter powder, cottage cheese and reserved kiwi in a food processor until smooth; transfer to a small zip-top plastic bag and snip off bottom corner. Makes about 1 1/4 cups banana mixture.

3. Fill kiwi halves with banana mixture; top with mango, strawberries, granola, raspberries and mint. Makes 16 deviled kiwis.

Chef Tip:

To finely crush granola:
Place granola in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal bag, pressing out excess air. With a rolling pin or smooth side of meat mallet, finely crush granola.
