Directions

  1. Peel and chop two of the bananas and purée with the açaí powder (or the defrosted purée).
  2. Halve the two whole mangos, remove the stone from all of them, peel and cut the flesh of all the mango fruit into cubes. Peel and chop the remaining banana and purée with the mango cubes.
  3. Stir 200 ml of orange juice into the mango and açaí mix.
  4. Divide up the smoothies evenly between the bowls so that the two colours can blend together slightly. Freeze the smoothie bowls for 30 minutes. Arrange the berries on top and freeze for another 10 minutes.
  5. Cut some star shapes out of the kiwi, pineapple, strawberry and mango slices. Decorate the chilled smoothie bowls with the fruit stars and the mint leaves.
