Smoothly skewered! With this recipe, smoothie slurpers get an extra portion of fruit between their lips. Our banana and sesame smoothie gets vitamin-rich support. For this, delicious skewers with banana, raspberries and mint take their place in the glass. Drink, nibble, fill up on energy – let the day begin!

- Rinse the sesame seeds, cover them in water and allow to soak for 4 hours. Drain the sesame seeds with a sieve, rinse them and puree them very finely in a high-performance blender with 750 ml of water, the cinnamon and the dates.
- Pass the mixture through a sieve and puree the collected sesame milk with 2 bananas.
- Cut the last 2 bananas into slices and put them onto skewers along with some raspberries and a few mint leaves. Pour the sesame and banana smoothie mixture into glasses, add ice cubes if you like and add the rest of the berries and banana slices. Insert the fruit skewers.
