When it comes to cookies, we turn into the cookie monster – these little treats are simply irresistible. And this version with bananas and cranberries makes our fruit-loving hearts beat even faster. We're happy to reach for them once more – or even twice.
Directions
Peel the bananas, cut into slices and mash. Mix the mashed bananas with cinnamon, honey, oat flakes and vanilla sugar.
Chop the cranberries, banana chips, pistachios and chocolate and mix into the batter.
Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 15-18 minutes to make cookies. Leave to cool on a cooling rack.
