Directions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas (place one-quarter of the banana slices to one side). Purée the peanut butter, almond milk, date syrup, ice cubes and cinnamon in the blender until smooth.
  2. Break up and melt the dark chocolate. With the remaining banana slices, dip half of each slice lengthways in this chocolate coating and then in 1 tablespoon of the chopped peanuts.
  3. Allow these decorated banana slices to dry. Whip the cream substitute. Pour the banana and peanut butter shake into glasses; make an incision in the banana slices at an angle, stick them onto the edge of the glass and pour the cream substitute into the shake.
  4. To finish, insert a straw and garnish with the remaining chopped peanuts and the chocolate coating.
