Red, white and blue are THE colours for trend-conscious smoothie fans. Raspberries, bananas and blueberries as a berry smoothie layered in a glass are a real eye-catcher. And with this style, you're also doing your health a power of good!
Directions
Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces. Then wash the blueberries and clean the raspberries.
Blend the raspberries with 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 1 tablespoon of honey and 150 ml of almond milk. After you have done that, blend the bananas with the rest of the honey, 2 tablespoons of lime juice and 150 ml of almond milk. Now blend the blueberries with 150 ml of almond milk.
Pour the first layer of the blueberry purée into a glass, place a tablespoon on the blueberry layer and slowly pour the banana purée onto the blue layer, ensuring that the layers do not mix. Lastly, also use a spoon to add the red raspberry layer.
That looks good! You can garnish the berry smoothie with raspberries and blueberries as you like.
