Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
  2. Using a handheld blender, mash together the rolled oats, bananas, peanut butter and cinnamon in a bowl. Shape the mixture into small cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Flatten the cookies slightly using a spoon and bake them at 175 °C for approx. 15 minutes.
