Directions

  1. Roughly chop the chocolate. Put the pieces into a heatproof bowl, place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and allow the chocolate to melt slowly. Divide the pear into quarters, remove the core. Peel the orange, remove as much of the pith as possible, and cut into 8 slices. Pick a few basil and mint leaves.
  2. To finish, spread the bread with cottage cheese, arrange the orange and pear pieces, blueberries and herbs on top and decorate with the warm chocolate.
