Directions

  1. Place the oatmeal along with 100 ml of water, the coconut milk, almond milk, vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar into a saucepan and allow to simmer for 10 minutes while stirring.
  2. Finely grate the lime, cut the lime in half and squeeze. Mix the zest and juice with the remaining coconut sugar and blueberries.
  3. Place the porridge and blueberries into glasses in alternate layers.

Tips & Tricks

To make the blueberry and coconut porridge even more eye-catching, garnish with blueberries, coconut chips and mint.
