Do you love blueberries? We do, too! We especially like them in the form of blueberry chia pudding. This is a healthy and satisfying dish and the fresh blueberries make it a truly mouth-watering experience. Add some rose water and pistachios for the finishing touch. How noble! Are you ready for this taste explosion?
Directions
- Mix the chia seeds with the coconut milk and oat milk and leave to soak overnight in the fridge.
- Bring the agave nectar along with 300 g of blueberries, the rose water, a pinch of salt and 50 ml of water to the boil and allow to simmer for approx. 5 minutes. Mash the mixture a little with a fork.
- Then mix half of the chia pudding with the blueberry purée. Finally, fill 2 glasses with some blueberries, the blueberry chia pudding and the normal chia pudding and garnish with pistachios and blueberries.
