Directions
Slice the onions into thin rings. Bring the vinegar and honey to the boil, add the onions and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and remove from the hob. Halve the grapes. Pick the parsley leaves from the stalks. Cube the feta cheese. Stir salt, pepper and chilli flakes into the vegan cream cheese to form a smooth mixture.
Cut the turkey bacon into thin strips. Fry them briefly in a pan without any oil.
Spread the flammkuchen bases with cream cheese and top with onions, grapes, turkey bacon, parsley and feta.
Place the flammkuchen on a baking sheet and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C (fan oven 180°C) for approx. 20 minutes.
Remove the flammkuchen from the oven and leave to cool slightly. Garnish with chilli flakes and fresh parsley.
