Longing for ice-cream? Instead of traditional dairy ice cream, why not try an extra-fruity variant made of fresh pineapple? Frozen pineapple on a stick combined with delicious chocolate is our unbeatable summer favourite.
Directions
- Cut the pineapple into slices approximately 1.5 cm thick. Cut each of the pineapple slices into 2 triangles and put them onto the popsicle sticks through the skin side. Then allow the pineapple to freeze for 3 hours on a board covered with foil.
- In the meantime, chop the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bowl over a pan of gently simmering water. Dip the frozen pineapple slices into the chocolate and sprinkle with the berries.
Keep it cool!
