Pastel-coloured, bite-sized pieces of ice cream fun! Our sweet frozen yoghurt bites à la banana berries not only look fabulous, they also taste of pure summer freshness. The best thing about them is that they are very easy to prepare and they taste deliciously fruity. We love our frozen yoghurt!
Directions
Peel the bananas and chop into pieces. Mix the bananas with 100 g soya yoghurt and agave syrup.
Blend 100 g soya yoghurt with the blueberries until smooth, blend the remaining soya yoghurt with the raspberries.
Using a piping bag or a spoon, add the mixtures separately to the ice cube moulds. Place a berry or slice of banana on top to decorate. Place the moulds in the freezer and leave to set for at least 3 hours or, ideally, overnight.
Remove the ice cube trays from the freezer, pop out the frozen yoghurt bites and serve immediately.
