Green smoothies have now become a classic – but are you familiar with the kind that comes in a bowl and is just as delicious? Our green smoothie bowl gives the green light to pineapple, baby spinach, blueberries, quinoa pops and more to provide a great taste and full vitamin power in spoonfuls!
Directions
Peel the pineapple and cut it into pieces. Then wash and clean the spinach. Toast the pumpkin seeds without using any oil.
Add 80 g of spinach and 400 g of pineapple to a blender along with the apple juice and blend until smooth. Add maple syrup to taste.
Then pour the green smoothie into 2 bowls and decorate with pineapple, some spinach leaves, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, quinoa pops and psyllium husks before serving.
