Baking cakes was never so easy! Our delicious mini banana brownies make it very easy for everyone to enjoy baking. And the results are guaranteed to satisfy anyone with a sweet tooth. Fruity, with a hint of chocolate, these tasty treats look delicious on the plate and are sure to be scoffed as soon as they are made.
Directions
- Peel 2 of the bananas and mash with a fork. Using the balloon whisk on the hand mixer, beat the bananas with 100 g peanut butter, 70 ml maple syrup and 60 ml sunflower oil until creamy. Mix together the baking soda, pecan nuts, cocoa powder and wholemeal flour and fold into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the 5 silicone moulds.
- Peel the remaining 2 bananas, cut into slices at an angle and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Arrange the slices of banana on top of the little cakes and bake in a preheated fan oven at 180°C for approx. 20 minutes.
- When baked, coat the mini banana brownies with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. To finish, heat the remaining peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of water and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag with a small nozzle and pipe lines of this cream onto the mini banana brownies. Finally, decorate the cakes with raspberries, chopped pistachio nuts and lemon balm leaves.

4 ripe bananas
150 g peanut butter
70 ml maple syrup (and 2 tbsp for coating and decorating)
60 ml sunflower oil
5 g baking soda
100 g ground pecan nuts
50 g cocoa powder
80 g wholemeal flour
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp water
100 g raspberries
A few lemon balm leaves and a handful of chopped pistachio nuts to decorate
Plus: Hand mixer, 5 silicone cake moulds (approx. 10 cm in diameter), piping bag
