Directions
One tip before you start: In order to also make good use of the orange peel, you can cut it into spirals to decorate the glass. If you do this, you will need to first wash the oranges in hot water. Remove a long, thin spiral of peel from two oranges using a vegetable peeler. Scrape out the white on the inside of the orange peel and cut it into thin strips. Wind the strips around a chopstick, secure with cling film and place in ice-cold water.
To make the smoothie: Squeeze the juice from two oranges (this will give you about 250 ml of juice). Wash the kiwis, cut them in half and using a small melon baller scoop out balls of fruit from the kiwi flesh. Set these to one side for later.
Cut off the hard base of the stem from the kiwi skins. Slice the bananas. Purée the orange juice, a few mint leaves, scooped-out kiwi skins, banana slices, agave syrup, coconut drink and 4 ice cubes in a high-powered blender until smooth.
To prepare the glasses: Peel the third orange and slice it thinly. Line the glasses with the orange slices. Distribute the remaining ice cubes and mint leaves among the glasses and pour in the smoothie. Pop in a glass straw, remove the spirals of orange peel from the chopstick and use them to decorate the edge of the glass. Place the kiwi balls on the smoothie.
